Lagos Govt offers tanker drivers 48hrs to clear tankers off Apapa- Oshodi highway or be sanctioned
The Lagos state government has issued a 48-hour warning to petroleum tanker
drivers that have unlawfully parked their petroleum tankers along the
Oshodi-Apapa expressway, to move their tankers or face sanctions. The
tanker drivers have for 8 weeks now constituted a nuisance on the ever busy
Oshodi-Apapa expressway, parking their tanks on the expressway and causing
traffic gridlock on that road with some commuters even getting robbed by
hoodlums.
